Ticket questions

Where do I buy tickets?
Online only, through the SDIAS Official Ticketing Site powered by TicketSpice. There are no extra fees for e-tickets, and your ticket is delivered to your email and phone.
Do I need to print anything?
No. Show the ticket on your phone at the entrance. Screenshots work too.
Are kids free?
Children 6 and under are always free with an adult. Kids 7–12 are $12, and on Family Day (Sunday, January 3) children 12 and under are free when accompanied by an adult.
How does the military rate work?
Active-duty military admission is $15. Buy the Military ticket online and present a valid military ID with your e-ticket at the entrance.
Can I leave and come back?
Yes. Same-day re-entry is allowed with a hand stamp and a valid ticket. Get stamped at the exit on your way out and show both when you return.
What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 10am every day. The entrance closes one hour before show close, so plan to arrive before then.
Is parking included?
Parking is separate. The LAZ lot sits directly beneath the Convention Center, and the San Diego Trolley and rideshare drop-off are steps from the entrance.
